Taylor Garcia van Biljon
Taylor has been crafting digital and analog user experiences for over a decade. With a background in Graphic Design, Corporate Branding, and teaching, she began her career in interactive museums where she learned a thing or two about "building the plane while flying it." Today she is a UX Researcher and Service Designer specializing in digital transformation, and while the plane may be different, the building still happens mid-flight. Taylor is also a podcaster and illustrator, focusing on Data Visualization, Game Thinking, and Improvisational Storytelling. She has lived, worked, and studied across multiple countries, which has reinforced her belief that no matter where you are, every problem can be solved by asking "why" enough.
