Over one thousand tech people are expected to attend the Conference and Expo on Friday.
The open tech day is on Saturday, and in the last few years, around 8.000 - 10.000 people have come to the Expo and other activities happening in Harpa.
SCAM ALERT: Please be aware that UTmessan does not sell lists. If you are approached by anyone who wants to sell you a client list and claims to be from UTmessan, please be cautious, as these people are likely scammers. WE DO NOT SELL OUR LISTS!
General Rules
Exhibitors commit to follow the schedule and rules stated on this page.
Booth setup must be completed BEFORE the conference begins.
Copper booths must be taken down immediately after the cocktail reception at the end of the conference day, and all items must be removed from Harpa.
Booths must be taken down immediately after closing on Saturday (absolutely not earlier, as visitors will be present until closing). The area must be left clean, and all trash must be disposed of in waste containers.
Booths may not be lent or rented to third parties.
Each exhibitor must designate only ONE contact person for UTmessan, who is responsible for sharing all relevant information with colleagues and partners (e.g., advertising agencies, setup contractors).
Payments and Cancellations
Invoices for exhibition participation are sent in early January. 50% of the fee is charged if cancelled after 1. December until 31. December 2025. After that, the full fee applies even if the order is cancelled.
If UTmessan cancels the event, refunds will be issued.
UTmessan and Ský are not financially responsible for exhibitor obligations if the event is cancelled.
If booths (except Copper) are not open both days, a fine of ISK 500,000 will apply.
